At first I thought I didn’t do much since last year but I looked back at some of the pictures I saved on snapchat and I realized that I did more this year than last year. I actually had a lot of fun this year. I guess because I’ve been under so much stress recently that I didn’t think I did anything special. But it turns out I did.

This year I started hanging out with my best friend Rowan. We would go out and do basically whatever. We watched many movies of my choice. A couple coffee shops where we learned quite a bit about each other. We went to Fredrick Meijer garden. All in all we had a splendid time together. They asked me last week to hang out tomorrow since I think they work today, but I work tomorrow, so maybe one day we can hangout again. I’m thinking about a movie.

I also went to two night clubs this year. The first one was at rumors for my now roommates 24th birthday. I was the driver so I didn’t have any drinks. But it was still fun. Even made a new friend. Although I did have to travel a long ways. to drop off a couple friends. One of which was drunk and kept calling out the name of a guy we knew in high school. And instead of sitting in the backseat like a normal person. She decided to lay down in the back which backfired after I had to get on my breaks. The second club I went to was on the day I moved in with my friends. Which I will get to in a minute.

Before the second club, I drove to Benton Harbor to witness my cousin get the key to the city. He’s a popular music producer by the name Honorable C.N.O.T.E. He was born and rascal in Benton Harbor and apparently left with a keyboard and $100. Still, it was still cool to witness and to reunite with a lot of family from Texas. It was journey that did it for me. If I was alone, I would have absolutely have stopped and taken pictures. It wasn’t that farthest I’ve traveled but I was certainly beats driving a box van or whatever they’re called four 8 hours.

I don’t remember what the second club was called, but I do remember it was all the way in Kalamazoo. I got borderline drunk before we even got there. I had three shots of Fireball and a shot of Vodka. Then when I got there I had two rum and cokes(or as I called them, rum and cock) as well as a strawberry starburst. Which I wish I would have ordered a drink and not a shot. But I did get so drunk the I had hardcore made out with a trans-girl. Drunk extroverted me loved it. Sober anti-social me, regrets it. Because of the fact that I made out with a stranger. All in all I had fun but I’m not going to be getting that drunk again.

The day I moved in with my friends is such bliss. Mostly because we’re all mostly introverted and we only see each other once a week. But going to Pride this year was even better because I was able to wear my colors with pride all day. From and to home. It felt amazing to finally be free of being myself without daily belittling. Plus I got to meet even more new friends. One of which I had gotten into a pretty deep conversation with. I don’t remember much, but we mostly talked about are opinions on platonic and romantic relationships.

Ever since then, everything has been relatively manageable. I also started a book in February and I am currently on chapter 9. I want to finish it by December, or at the very least be on chapter fifteen by then. The chance’s aren’t great, but they’re there. I’m also planning on making my own website to share my entries and books. I want to do it today but I don’t know how I should organize it all. Maybe I’ll figure it out eventually.
